This web site is about ultralight flying. But it is not about kit assembly, carburetors or kingposts, or any of the other technical topics associated with ultralights. The web already speaks to those. This site simply documents, in 36 pages of photographs and words, many of the experiences I had while building and flying a Quicksilver MX back in the mid 1980's. Although I only flew for 4 years, I had a camera in my hands almost the entire time. Since I now occasionally build web sites, I have tried to combine all three things to create something enjoyable not only for ultralight aviation fans, but also for those who are seriously looking at getting into the sport. I hope it might even be fun for those who like to just sit and wonder. It is my way of giving something back to a sport that provided me tons of fun. I hope you enjoy the ride.
